1. How do I get a fast response of products?

2. How soon can I get a price quote?
For most projects, once we know bottle weight. pump size .cap material&weight, or glass bottle decoration method, printing requirements, and quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.
3. How long will it take to receive my products?
As a general rule for available mold products, it will take 2 weeks for us to produce your products. But if we have stock bottles, we can ship them immediately as you wish.
4. Can I have a custom designed mold sample?
We are a Custom factory. We design and construct each project to the individual customer’s needs. We also can mold samples quickly after getting designs from customers
5. Is there a MOQ requirement?
Due to the daily production capacity being very huge and shipping freight, we do not accept small orders. Our MOQ is 10000 pcs per model, but we can help to do several colors for choice. It is recommended for you to order a 20’GP or 40’HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
6. Can I get a sample?
Yes, on some stock items. we can send it immediately. if for shipping charge if you are a new customer for our company only provide uS FedEx, DHL or TNT or UPS account number for freight collection If You are our old customer, we can send free samples to exclude certain items. If you want special decoration or printing at package bottles, we can fast make samples in 7 days based on reasonable sample charges
Shipping
– For sample delivery, we recommend FedEx/DHL/TNT/UPS.
– For bulk orders, we advise sea shipment in a full container and we can arrange all from loading to custom-clearance for you.
– For urgent orders, we can palletize the bottles to a certain size to ship by air.
