I. Requirements for quality inspection of glass bottles
(I) Inspection of bottle capacity and size:
Capacity: 500ml and 950ml
Bottle diameter :(+ — 2) mm
Total height of bottle body (excluding lid) :(+ — 2) mm
Bottle thickness :(+ – 0.2) mm
Bottom thickness: (1) 500ml bottle: the bottom shall not be less than 1.5mm; (2) 950ml bottle:
Edge 10mm (+-2mm), middle thickness not less than 1.5mm
Please check the bottle with a caliper before packing, and pick out the bottle that does not meet the above size
(II) Inspection of bottle defects:
- Check whether the bottle is wiped clean. If it is not clean, pick it out and whether there are black spots, scratches, or damage on the bottle body; Whether there are glass fragments in the bottle.
- Whether the mouth of the bottle is smooth, and at the same time, the mouth of the cup should not have cracks, serrations, or bubbles.
- Is the bottom of the bottle smooth?
- The mold marks on the bottle body should not be too obvious
- High borosilicate glass can be instantly resistant to -20 to 150 degrees temperature. We still need to test
A Whether the bottle of boiling water is in good condition; B Fill it with water and put it in the refrigerator (quick-frozen layer) to see if it is intact
(III) Accessories inspection (silicone sleeve, cloth cover, cover, packaging, etc.)
- Whether there is a silica gel ring inside each cover, the silica gel ring can not appear rotten and check whether the silica gel ring is put right
- The cover and silicone sleeve is clean and free from scratches and damage
- Put each lid on and try to see if it slides or doesn’t fit, and fill the bottle with water
You can’t leak if you turn it upside down.
- Check whether the silicone sleeve or cloth sleeve matches the bottle
- A color picture of the silicone sleeve:
- Whether the box and the outer box are clean and dirty, and whether the box size design is correct
(IV) Logo check
- Check whether the bottle LOGO is properly affixed and whether the size, color, and position are correct
- Logo can not be blurred, bubble, double shadow, missing, dirty, etc.
