Specification for inspection of glass products

(1) Purpose

In order to meet the requirements of customers, to ensure that there is a basis for inspection, to ensure the quality of incoming glass products conformity and reliability.

(2) Sampling plan

Sampling inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the following principles:

1. The general quality characteristics, unless otherwise specified in the quality standards, all the mil-STD-105E one-time sampling normal inspection level ⅱ random sampling (appearance inspection).

2. Special test, unless otherwise specified in the quality standard, all use 10PCS/ batch (special test).

3. Dimension inspection, unless otherwise specified in the quality standard, all adopt 10PCS/ batch (dimension inspection).

(3) Sampling method

After receiving the inspection notice:

Conduct random sampling according to the incoming material sampling plan.

After sampling, try to keep the original packaging condition of the products when they are delivered to avoid damage to the sampling group.

Take each incoming material as a group batch, make normal distribution according to the sampling plan, and take average random sampling as test samples

(4) Inspection methods

1. The general appearance inspection must be carried out under a fluorescent lamp, the color difference must be determined under a standard light source box, using a standard indoor light source: and the sample is placed in the eye about half a hand distance (about 8 inches), the inspection time of each accessory is about 3-4 seconds.

2. Size measurement: according to the requirements of the drawing, using 10PCS/ batch level.

A. Use vernier calipers to measure dimensions.

B. Combination parts: measure according to the drawing requirements, if there is a deviation of 0.5mm, quality assurance will accept or return the goods according to the situation; If the deviation is more than 0.5mm, quality assurance will make the decision of special selection, selection and return according to the situation, which will be the basis of quality control decision.

3. Special inspection: use 10PCS/ batch level.

A. High-temperature resistance test: put the product into the air-blast constant temperature box, set the temperature and time parameters as the test temperature and time of the corresponding product, and the product is qualified if there is no crack after the test.

B. Real match test: with the corresponding accessories for a real match, the gap between them can not exceed the corresponding standard, under the action of external force, the glass can not have an obvious shaking phenomenon (compared with the sample).

C. Imaging test: under a fluorescent lamp, the image produced by the mirror should be undeformable and clear (visual).

D. Adhesion test: use 3M adhesive paper to stick on the coating (pressed), one minute later, quickly tear the adhesive paper, the coating can not fall off;

E. Anti-fogging test:

A. Freezing test: place the antifogging mirror at -10°C to room temperature to ensure that the mirror continues to be fog-free;

B. Hot water test: place the antifogging mirror 2cm above the hot water of 80°C±5° (mirror face down) to ensure that the mirror continues to be fog-free.
